What's inside
Single-origin Assam black tea, cardamom, ginger, cassia, clove and black pepper. Unsweetened, nothing else added.

How to brew it
- Bring ½ cup of water to a boil with 1 heaped teaspoon (5 g) of premix per cup.
- Add ½ cup of milk and let it come back up to a rolling boil.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes, until it turns a deep caramel colour.
- Strain into your cup and sweeten to taste.
